Our trip to NY was a real success. Exhausting, but a lot of fun. So many wonderful people in our lives... too bad they live so far away they can't babysit! One person I was particularly looking forward to seeing was the girls Great Papa Fred. We were able to coordinate our trip around his already scheduled visit to NY to see my mother.
From breakfast out on the porch to story time at night they really got to enjoy one another. There is really something magically about great grandparents with their great grandbabies. Pure joy.
He is in the hospital right now with pneumonia so he's really been on my mind. Feel better, Papa. We love you!!!
